• What is drip feed?
Drip Feed is a service that we are offering so you would be able to put the same order multiple times automatically.
Example: Quantity:100 — Runs: 10 — Interval: 30
This will send 100 likes on your post every 30 minutes, in total, you will receive 1000 likes.
Never order more quantity than the maximum which is written on the service name (Quantity x Runs), Example: if the service's max is 4000, you don’t put Quantity: 500 and Run: 10, because the total quantity will be 500x10 = 5000, which is bigger than the service max (4000). Also, never put the Interval below the actual start time (some services need 60 minutes to start, don’t put Interval less than the service start time or it will cause a failure in your order).
MINIMUM INTERVAL SHOULD BE AT LEAST 4 TIMES THE START TIME.
We will not refund any orders that have not followed this rule.
• How do I place an order?
Category: Select the social media platform or account you want to boost.
Service: Select the service type.
Description: This includes all details, quality, start time, speed per day, minimum and maximum quantity you can order, refill warranty, and price per 1k.
Details: This will indicate samples and other pertinent information about the service.
Link: Enter the username or page link (ensure you are entering the right link as changes may not be possible once the order is placed).
Quantity: Enter the amount needed (do not use commas or dots, for example, use 1000 instead of 1,000).
Dripfeed: click this option if you want to place the same order.
• What is the start time & speed after placing an order?
Every service is different. Whenever you select a service from the drop-down menu, you will find a description box with all the information needed for that particular service, start time, minimum/maximum amounts, as well as the average daily speed.
• Can I cancel an order if the speed mentioned in the service description was not accurate?
Delays can sometimes occur, this is mainly caused by recent updates in a certain Social Media website’s algorithm or a system overload, on the rare occasion that this can happen we will only be able to refund/partial the missing amount from the order within 48 hours of opening the ticket if the issue was not solved.
• Can I use your services while using outside sources or running ad campaigns?
Ad campaigns do not affect our delivery times or process; however, we rely strictly on the start counts and current counts seen by our system and do not count any exterior enhancements, whether it is from ad campaigns or outside sources.
• Are my followers/likes/views guaranteed not to drop?
The bulk of our services have a refill guarantee, meaning that we would replenish your account free of charge if you face a drop within the refill period.
• What is a refill?
Some social media platforms perform updates every few weeks or months to remove inactive accounts, this might cause some numbers to drop, all you need to do if that happens is open up a ticket with your Order ID and we will refill if free of charge if it still falls during the refill period.
• When am I not eligible for refills?
Some clients place orders with us after using previous providers, for example, they place an order of 1,000 followers for an account with tens or hundreds of thousands of followers, such accounts are bound to drop at some point due to the large numbers of previously bought followers, as such, we cannot offer refills for accounts that drop exceeds below the start count.
• I entered the wrong username or wish to cancel an order after entry, is that possible?
If the username/link is valid then the order cannot be stopped; however, if the link is invalid (for example a YouTube link in an Instagram service), there is a small chance we can cancel and refund the order.
• My order status is “Partial”, what does this mean?
A partial status occurs when a link has already maxed out that particular server’s capacity, when this happens you will automatically get a refund for the amount that was not delivered and you may then use any of our other servers for that link.
• How long it will take to complete refill of my orders?
Refill complete time of your order depend on drop amount of your followers/likes/likes, usually up to 17 working days. Starting refill your order can take 0-48 hours sometime, it depends on the server load as well. Some time it takes more time in case there is any big update from social media.
• Will DracoPanel refund the money in the case of failure to refill?
Yes, in case we failed to start your refill request within 48hrs, we will refund your order partially or full (Depends on the drop amount).
• How long it will take to cancel my order?
If your order eligible for cancelation, then it will take up to 3 working days from the requested time.
• Why was my order canceled?
Usually, your order gets canceled if you submitted the wrong URL or format. Sometimes, we cancel the order if the service server is not working properly or we need to update the. You can always order from our alternative services.
• How long it will take to speed up my order?
Usually, we take 1-12 hrs to boost or speed up your order. We always try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Your patience is really appreciated.
• It’s been few days since I requested for speed up but my order is still stuck!? In such cases, we encourage you to request a partial refund and order once again.
• Is my payment source secure?
Yes! We use third-party secure gateways to process your payment. We will never have direct access to your payment information. Currently only accepting crypto & that’s the safest option you could ask for.
• I have sent a payment through Cryptocurrency and it is not showing in my DracoPanel Account, why?
Your transaction might be "Cancelled / Timed Out" and this means you probably haven't sent enough Funds to the transaction. Coinpayments will send you a "Payment Time Out" email explaining the issue. From there, they will tell you how you will get your funds back. On your next transaction, be sure that you send the right amount of Crypto(BTC), not USD. Crypto(BTC)/USD can fluctuate, which creates this kind of issue.
• Why can I not fund my account using PayPal?
We have permanently discontinued accepting funds on PayPal as our account got limited.
• What are your other payment gateways or funding options?
Currently, our only funding option is cryptocurrency.
• Can I pay with a credit card?
Currently, that’s not an option. You can use your credit card to buy crypto & then use your balance to deposit on our panel. Or contact our support
• Where do I find my API Key?
You will find your API Key in your Account page. In order to get it, you have to Generate a new API Key. Never share your API Key to anyone, staff at DracoPanel we will never ask for your API key.
• Can I open a second DracoPanel Account?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any second account for clients on our website. You will be able to have only 1 account active at a time.
